We want you to love your new footwear! If for any reason you're unsatisfied, you can return your purchase under the following conditions:

  1. The goods must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  2. The goods must be in their original packaging, unworn, and in resalable condition.
  3. A proper unboxing video must be provided to ensure the product was received in original condition.

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized shoes.
  • Shoes that have been clearly worn or damaged post-delivery.
  • Shoes without a proper unboxing video showing the condition upon receipt.
